Messages from an Australian in Canada / des messages d'une Australienne au Canada, 2006

These paper messages were super-glued to the pavement around the law courts of Halifax, Nova Scotia in response to the Australian governments 2005 amendments to sedition laws. The images were made into ‘postcards messages’, and left around the city of Halifax on public transport, hidden in magazines, positioned beside the standard postcards in tourist shops and exhibited at Eye Level Gallery, Halifax.
